Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.<\/p>\n<h2>Non-returnable items<\/h2>\n<p>Personalised jerseys, including products printed with a custom name or number, cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if the item is defective or we made a personalisation error.<\/p>\n<h2>How to request a return<\/h2>\n<p>Email us before sending anything back. Include your order number, reason for return and photos where relevant. We will provide the approved return instructions and address.<\/p>\n<h2>Return shipping<\/h2>\n<p>For change-of-mind or incorrect-size returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or shipping solution.<\/p>\n<h2>Refund timing<\/h2>\n<p>Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Allow 3\u201310 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the funds.<\/p>\n<h2>Order cancellation<\/h2>\n<p>Contact us immediately.
