Standard tracked shipping is free on every order unless a different service is shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is usually 7–15 business days after dispatch. Remote destinations, customs inspections, peak seasons and carrier disruption can extend delivery times.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking may take 2–5 business days to show its first carrier scan.

Address and customs

Customers are responsible for entering a complete delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. Import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Lost or damaged parcels

Contact us if tracking has not updated for 10 business days, the parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or the item arrives damaged. Keep the packaging and provide clear photos.
